Terms of service

The service

runnerhut provides managed compute that executes GitHub Actions jobs you schedule. We provide the infrastructure; you remain responsible for what your workflows do.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to run the code you submit, and it does not infringe third-party rights
• You keep credentials and tokens secure, and rotate them if exposed
• You comply with the Acceptable Use Policy
• You are responsible for the cost of jobs scheduled from your account, including by automation

Billing

• Compute is billed per second with a one-minute minimum per job
• Invoices are issued monthly in arrears, payable within 14 days
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively
• Budget caps stop scheduling rather than accruing overage

Availability

We target runnerhut's published availability objective. Paid plans may carry a service level agreement with service credits as the exclusive remedy for missing it; the SLA document governs where it conflicts with this section.

Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach that is not cured within 14 days. On termination we destroy job data per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy. Migrating away requires changing one line in your workflows.

Liability

Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Amsterdam.
